Withdrawal and refunds

The fourteen days start on the day you buy. Before you start your first paid exam, you can cancel within that period without giving a reason.

At checkout, you ask for immediate access and agree that the automatic withdrawal right ends when you start your first paid exam. The free trial exam lets you try the service before buying.

Starting an exam does not stop you from asking for help or a refund. It only means the refund is no longer automatic.

Contact Joulyan and explain what happened. We look at the reason, the order and how the package was used. Joulyan then decides whether a full or partial refund is possible.

Call us, send a message through the contact page, or email us. Include your order number and explain the reason. The order number is in your account and in the order email.

If we approve a refund, we send it back through the original payment method.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can ask an independent consumer adviser about your options. Dutch law still gives you the rights that cannot be excluded.
