Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use Joulyan Theorie or buy a package. Please read them.

1.Who we are

Joulyan Theorie is a practice site for the Dutch car theory exam. We are not the CBR and we do not run exams. You book and sit your exam at the CBR itself.

2.What you buy

You buy access to practice exams for a number of days. Every package says how many exams it opens, how often you may sit each of them, how many days it runs, and in which languages.

It is not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is taken from your account after your purchase.

3.Your account

The practice exam needs no account. A package does.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password and do not let anyone else practise with your account. Use an email address you can actually read, because everything we send goes there.

4.Prices and paying

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown on the site when you order is the price you pay.

Payment goes through Mollie. Your access is ready as soon as the payment arrives.

5.How long your access runs

Your access starts as soon as your payment arrives and runs for the number of days on your package. After that it stops by itself.

Once you have used your attempts on an exam, that exam closes. How many attempts you have is written on your package.

6.What is not allowed

The questions, pictures, clips and explanations on this site are ours. You may use them to study and for nothing else.

Not allowed: copying, forwarding, publishing or selling our questions and images, sharing your account, and pulling the site or its content down automatically.

7.What we promise and what we do not

We do our best to keep the questions current and correct and to keep the site reachable.

We do not promise that you will pass. Practice helps, but the exam belongs to the CBR and so does the result. We are not liable for an exam you do not pass, and not for damage caused by an outage, except where that damage comes from intent or gross negligence on our side.

If something goes wrong and you cannot use your package, tell us. We will sort it out.

8.Changes, complaints and law

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page says when that last happened. A purchase is governed by the terms that applied when you ordered.

If you have a complaint, send it to us through the contact page. We answer as fast as we can.

Dutch law applies to this agreement.
